Bio Psychedelia, what is it?

Bio intimates body-informed flow, and

 

 Psychedelic, literally translates as 'mind-manifested' - and suggests the particular visual syntax that comes through an artist when they are able to quieten thoughts, and follow intuition.
 

Working so closely with the body as a canvas for the last 15 years, has imparted a deep love of finding the flow of an object and honouring it's form with each brush stroke. Bringing the shapes that most naturally flow from my hand to the various curves and nobbles of the piece, absorbs me entirely. Each new object; an exciting exploration of colour and space.
